I was coming back on Air Canada's red eye from Sao Paulo, Brazil and let them know when I boarded that I was the "veg dinner" if they were looking for me. It turned into a big deal, they didn't have it but borrowed one from J/exec class and then told me over and over how thankful I should be that I got to eat, and I'm thinking 'what be thankful that they didn't screw it up, or at least were able to fix their own mistake'? I couldn't believe their attitude. It was shocking.
