Visitors to Sao Paulo could easily immerse themselves in Japanese culture in the Liberdade district, which has the largest population of Japanese in a city centre outside the Asian island. But, Brazil has a serious Japanese influence, even outside the main cities of Rio, Sao Paulo or Brasilia.

Couldn't believe that even in the middle of the rainforest I could find a slice of sashimi paradise.
A little raw fish, a tasty sakirinha (caipirinha) and this little spot up a sand path from the beach equals one perfect day in my book.
